Welcome! If you are a licensed therapist looking to join a virtual group practice and work with 2SLGBTQ+, Neurodivergent & Polyamorous clients, you have landed in the right place.

We are a team of 2SLGBTQ+ identified and allied psychotherapists dedicated to providing a wide range of services, including individual, relationship and family therapy. Additionally, we offer workshops and consultation to allied organizations, all through intersectional, anti-oppressive lens’.
We are seeking licensed therapists with who have expansive knowledge/experience supporting the 2SLGBTQ+ community, Neurodivergent community &/or Polyamorous/ ENM communitites and who value anti-oppressive and intersectional approaches to mental health and want a flexible and collaborative space to work!
Those with training/experience in Somatic therapy, EMDR, IFS, Relational & EFT models, and Couples, Children & Family experience will be prioritized.
We assess our team availabilities & hiring ongoing, and invite those with flexible start dates to apply using the form below.
The Associate Therapist position is an Independent Contractor role with a fee split.
Licensed Therapists who can work in any province/territory in Canada are invited to apply.
Those with registrations/licenses in regulated provinces will be prioritized and or/ registered as CCC.
MSW graduates with prior psychotherapy experience/training are also encouraged to apply.
Rainbow Counselling offers an affirming and flexible environment with a team of allied professionals working with 2SLGBTQ+, Neurodivergent & Polyamorous communities.
We offer full administrative support, access to our virtual therapy platform and advertising & marketing support.
We offer a biweekly drop in Peer Consultation space for all team members and various opportunities to collaborate and connect with team members virtually.
