“Client” or “you” means any individual who contacts, inquires, or receives services through Rainbow Counselling.

Rainbow Counselling is a psychotherapy practice and not an emergency service. We do not provide crisis or urgent mental health support. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact 911, your local crisis line, or go to the nearest hospital emergency department.
Our services and Website content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive to offer quality support, we do not guarantee any specific results from therapy or consultations.
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Website, delayed access to services, technical interruptions, or data loss.

Fees for therapy or consultations are due at the time of service, unless otherwise arranged. Our cancellation policy requires at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the full session fee being charged.
Therapists may waive or adjust fees in cases of illness or emergency, at their discretion.
