Meet Klaasje Prins

Hi, I’m Klaasje (sounds like Klasha). I support neurodivergent and 2SLGBTQIA+folks with anxiety, depression, body image and eating concerns, grief, and stress in an affirmative, compassionate and trauma-informed lens. Drawing upon transpersonal, existential and mindfulness therapies, I help clients slow down, attend to their real needs, and connect with their authentic self. I guide clients through a deep process of coming back to themselves. I have seen that when we feel separated from our most true and authentic selves, that is when symptoms such as anxiety, depression, disordered eating or stress pop up. These symptoms are not “bad”, but they are often signs of something deeper within us that is asking to be listened to. When we begin to learn how to listen to ourselves on a deeper level, that is when healing has the space to begin to occur.
