Meet Navneet Kahlon

Hello, I’m Nav! (they/them). I identify as a nonbinary, queer person of color and a first-generation immigrant. I bring both my professional training and lived experiences into my work, including navigating coming out, intergenerational trauma, complex family dynamics, and exploring queerness and nonbinary identity. I have also spent several years supporting neurodivergent individuals, people with diverse abilities, and those living with chronic illness. I work with individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, academic pressures, student life challenges, family and relationship dynamics, gender and sexuality exploration, bicultural stress, and the immigrant experience. I use a range of therapeutic approaches, including person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and guided visualization, tailoring my work to each client’s unique needs and goals. I strive to create a space that feels safe, affirming, and empowering, where you can feel seen, supported, and understood. Together, we can explore your experiences and work toward greater clarity, confidence, and connection to your authentic self. If you’re wondering whether this space might be a good fit, I invite you to reach out for a consultation.
